Miss Wagner told the board the item was removed from the posted agenda because staff were finalizing terms and that an updated agreement would be brought forward at the next meeting or the first meeting in July. She said staff considered the 1.7% figure a favorable lock for five years and that staff member Steph agreed it was a good rate.
