Board names Dr. Carolyn Ross to fill vacant seat through Dec. 2025

Ross said, "I am incredibly dedicated to the cause. I care so much about public education," and noted she has children in the district.
The board formally moved to approve the appointment and took a roll-call vote; the motion carried. A ballot-style roll call on the motion showed multiple members voting yes; the chair announced, "Motion carries."
