The presenter said these and associated items total about $178,000 and that the reserve level would fall afterward to about $229,000.
The presenter noted previous use of the repair reserve for the high school elevator, saying an earlier worst-case estimate was about $52,000 but the final cost was $48,116, and emphasized that current figures are estimates and that work is planned to be completed over the summer so systems are ready for the first day of school.
