License commission approves two used-car dealer licenses for Aiken Avenue and Middlesex Street lots

Attorney Brian Akashian spoke for both applicants, telling the commission he reviewed licensing rules with the petitioners and that each applicant understood the limits and city requirements. "He's familiar with the rules and regulations of the license commission," Akashian said of one applicant, referring to operations and Registry of Motor Vehicles rules.
