Diane Rockwood, who identified herself as a resident of Jeffrey Lane, urged the committee to use the district-paid consultant’s data before finalizing options. “Taxpayers spent several thousand dollars for their expertise, and yet not a single one of you that I have seen has referenced the data compiled against the plan suggested,” Rockwood said during the public‑comment period.
