A motion to approve motion 25-259 (Hiltz) was moved and seconded and passed by voice vote with no recorded opposition. Motion 25-263 (Bajorling) was moved and seconded; the transcript records the motion as properly moved and seconded by Council member Lowe and Council member Mead and the chair recorded that motion as passing unanimously.
