The Snohomish County Council on June 11 approved motion 25-274 to authorize an interlocal agreement under which the County Department of Information Technology will provide services to the City of Marysville from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2030, with a not‑to‑exceed amount of $100,000.
Council staff described the agreement as a continuation of shared resources and infrastructure, enabling work orders and amendments under the interlocal framework. “This is a new agreement, and it would take effect on July first of 20 25 through June thirtieth of 20 30 with a not to exceed amount of a $100,000,” staff said.
The motion was moved and seconded and passed unanimously; Councilmember Nehring cast the mover motion and Councilmember Mead seconded. The staff report did not provide a breakdown of expected services, billing rates, or annual spending projections under the $100,000 cap.
