Orange Village council approves amendment to Pinecrest residential development agreement

Orange Village Council on June 11 approved Ordinance 2025-11, authorizing Mayor Judson A. Klein to execute an amendment to the development agreement for the Pinecrest residential project.

The amendment modifies expectations for the residential portion of the Pinecrest development and “will subject the property to certain restrictions that are consistent with the village's zoning code and others that are not in the zoning code but will cause the development to be high quality,” Mayor Judson A.
