3) Enforcement orders ratified - 145 Newton Ave North: New enforcement order issued under the City ordinance for approximately 16,000 square feet of ground disturbance; the commission ratified the enforcement order and set a deadline of Nov. 5, 2025 for an after‑the‑fact notice of intent and an engineer’s letter evaluating the newly created slope. - 757 Salisbury Street: Commission ratified an enforcement order after staff observed turbid runoff and incomplete perimeter controls; the applicant reported recent corrective work and presented a schedule for final stabilization; the order was ratified and staff will follow up.
4) Continuances and postponements - Multiple agenda items (including 31 Randolph Road; Grama Street; item 3 and 4 as listed on the agenda; and Lakeside Apartments / 24 Lakeside Avenue) were continued/postponed to later dates per the applicants’ requests; the commission approved the continuations. - Lots 9–12 Chester Street (item 5) was continued to Sept. 29, 2025 to allow staff and DPW review of stormwater compliance and revised plans.
