A neighbor, who identified himself as a resident and long-time condo owner, asked several clarifying questions about whether the application listed three or six windows and about materials (fiberglass vs. metal/steel). The applicant and staff clarified the active application is for three windows and the motion language reflects three. Commissioners emphasized that replacements in the building must match previously approved units in color and style.
The commission approved the demo-delay/certificate motion by unanimous roll-call vote. The commission asked staff to ensure the record reflects three windows and noted that if the proposed product differs materially from the approved precedent in the building, further review could be required.
