Commission members confirmed the submission and clarified that visibility from the public right-of-way required review even if the panels are on a rear slope.
There was no public comment. The commission’s motion found the proposed installation appropriate for the Elm Park Neighborhood Local Historic District, and the motion passed unanimously by roll call.
