HARRISVILLE — The Harrisville Planning Commission on June 11 moved to grant a site-plan amendment for a manufacturing/flex building proposed at approximately 1601 North 750 West, subject to compliance with the Harrisville City Municipal Code and conditions in the city engineer’s review.
The project representative, Corey Campbell, told the commission the proposal is for a 60-by-250-foot single-slope steel building divided into 2,500-square-foot units, allowing up to six rentable units. "Each unit is designed to be 2,500 square feet," Campbell said. "...it could be you could take one bay, take two, three, four bays, and we'll put that partition wall according to how many square feet somebody may need."
