PAC general manager Stacia Winters reported April attendance of 3,883 (up from 3,286 in April 2024), April ticket revenue of $53,124 and year-to-date revenue of $596,556; she noted a financial software update delayed full April financials and highlighted upcoming events and community programs.
Stacia Winters, general manager of the Federal Way Performing Arts & Events Center (PAC), presented April financials and operational highlights, reporting attendance growth and a varied event mix that included ticketed performances and private events.
Winters said total attendance in April was 3,883, up from 3,286 in April 2024, and April ticket revenue was $53,124. She noted a different event mix compared with prior years — fewer ticketed events and more private events — which affected ticket revenue figures. "April ticket revenue was $53,124, bringing our year to date revenue to $226,345 versus 2024, which was $382,610," Winters said. She cautioned that PAC was updating its financial software in May and full April financials were delayed.
Other April figures Winters gave: rental revenue for April was $58,759 (year-to-date $177,753), facility fees $10,896 (YTD $34,000), and food and beverage revenue $39,590 (YTD $158,000). She reported event operating income for April at $44,308 and noted several successful events including BYU–Idaho symphonic band, Black Jacket Symphony and a large Easter service hosted by a church with about 800 attendees.
Winters reviewed usage and goal metrics: attendance at 34% of ticketed goals to date, usage days at 42% of goal but already exceeding booked usage-day targets, and ongoing bookings for arts-for-youth programming and nonprofit events. Upcoming events highlighted included a bodybuilding event (June 14), Evergreen City Ballet season finale, a summer Chalk Art Festival (free community event), and the Sixties Flashback show (Aug. 15).
Council members thanked Winters for the report; no action was required.
