Sean said NORPAC had executed the agreement effective the prior day and that the rates and commercial terms were comparable to other industrial customers who deliver to the area landfill.
A commissioner moved to accept the solid waste disposal agreement as presented. The board called for the question and the chair announced the motion was approved. No roll‑call vote with individual names was recorded in the meeting transcript.
Public Works staff said they would finalize signatures and return a fully executed agreement to the commissioners’ office.
