The motion to adopt the joint ceremonial resolution was offered by Councilmember Dugan and seconded by Councilmember Lopez Chavez and carried unanimously. The council invited Stacy Smith, identified in the meeting as the car-show coordinator for Project Success, to receive the resolution; Smith thanked the council and made brief remarks.
