Planning Commission approves 2025–26 docket amid debate over late application and process

The Redmond Planning Commission voted June 11, 2025, to recommend the city’s 2025–26 annual docket to City Council after heated discussion about whether to include a late petition from Columbia Pacific Advisors seeking an amendment related to a Southeast Redmond project.

The docket discussion followed roughly two hours of other business and public testimony earlier in the meeting.
