Staff said reduced students pay a reduced fee and the district does not directly absorb that difference; the presenter said the district could examine typical counts of reduced‑fee students when setting fee levels.
A motion to approve the pay‑to‑participate fees as presented passed 6‑0. The board recorded votes by Armstrong, Bakeridge, Beshore, Biondi, Fergus and Bader.
