County economic development staff reported June 4 that the office is currently administering 11 grant projects and that Fiscal Year 2025 grant applications are due June 20.

Staff said five applications had been received to date and that several other towns were preparing applications. The memo to the committee includes details on an annual stakeholder meeting of SEDC members and a pending IDA meeting; staff noted a department staff member (Kate) would be on a related conference call.

The staff member urged municipal representatives to submit or finalize applications before the deadline and offered to circulate application materials and memos to committee members and partners.
