The chairman added that the lease term is short enough to allow the county to evaluate results and plan for the future.
The motion to approve the lease was moved by Mister Murray and carried by the committee. Committee members indicated the lease was structured to offer a favorable entry cost to the new business while preserving flexibility to assess performance going forward.
Next steps: the county will finalize the lease documents and proceed with the tenant move-in consistent with the terminal's occupancy status.
