Tamara Lundy, director of the Division of Public Health, told the board the water‑quality report provided to members includes the sources of the city’s water, treatment processes, test results and cross‑connection and conservation guidance. “Our drinking water meets all federal and state requirements set forth by the Safe Drinking Water Act,” Lundy said.
Lundy asked the board to recognize the work of DPW staff who manage treatment and testing operations. She said the full report contains high‑level test categories and operational details and will be available in the meeting packet.
The presentation was informational; board members expressed appreciation and asked staff to pass on thanks to DPW and Parks Water Operations personnel. No formal action was taken.
