The Worcester Planning Board on July 23 endorsed an Approval Not Required (ANR) plan (ANR 11b) allowing the consolidation of three lots into two at 22–24 and 32 Canterbury Street in an MG2 district.
Planning staff said the MG2 district does not have a minimum frontage requirement but the ordinance requires a minimum 20 feet of frontage for access where no minimum is specified; the reconfigured lots provide at least 20 feet of frontage. The board voted 4–0 to endorse the ANR plan.
The endorsement allows the property owner to proceed with the reconfigured lot layout and to pursue any subsequent permitting or building actions that may follow local land-use rules.
