One commissioner said, "I need to hear from the building inspector... before we make any final decisions, please." The building inspector had not yet reviewed the decking portion, staff told the commission.
Commissioners moved and approved a motion to table the item until the owner provides the additional, inspector-reviewed documentation. The motion was recorded as a tabling action; no final approval or denial was made.
The item was continued to a future meeting pending submission of certified plans and a building-inspector review.
