The quoted cost for electronic locks was presented in the meeting packet and approved by motion; the meeting transcript recorded two closely similar figures in different places in the discussion ($17,825.11 and $17,008.25), and staff should be consulted for the final contract amount before payment.
Both purchases were approved by council motion. Staff said they will finalize vendor contracts, schedule installations, and return to the council with timelines as needed.
