Staff recommended approval of the retail development plan (DP-0042-2025), the retail variances (V-0016-2025), the mobile office development plan (DP-0005-2025), its variances (V-0017-2025) and the two master sign plans (MSP-0001-2025 and MSP-0002-2025).
