Following that action, the board approved the 2025 spring instructional materials report as amended. That overall approval passed 12–1, with Member Boggess casting the lone no vote.
What happens next: the separated items for child abuse and human trafficking prevention will return for a separate board review process and the amended classifications will be reflected in the instructional materials report adopted by the board.
