The Claiborne County Board of Supervisors on May 29 approved several personnel actions and designated Shaquita Johnson as the county’s receiving clerk, effective immediately, at a rate of $18 per hour.

The chair moved to designate, pursuant to "MCA 37-7-118," duties to Shaquita Johnson as receiving clerk until further action and to set the rate of pay at $18 per hour; the motion was approved and recorded as an addition to her existing duties. A supervisor raised a question about a prior meeting’s missing entry for the termination of employee number 2940 and asked for clarification of who made and seconded that motion.
