Board approves Diligent contract to replace BoardDocs for meeting platform

"The BoardDocs, which we've been using for several years, will no longer exist at the end of this month. We've worked with our attorney and and tried to work on language. So we've gotten that to a point where all parties agree, so we'd like to bring this before you today for approval," Phipps said.
