The applicant, HomePath Financial LP acting for the Morrison Family Farm LLC, proposed a mix of 171 single-family homes and 102 attached townhomes (condominium ownership) with roughly 32% of the site preserved as open space. The plan shows three public access points to Lannon and County Line and a network of streets, five stormwater basins, a private sanitary lift station to serve the multifamily area, and a potential future village well site in the preserved woodland.
