Staff recommended against making coverage changes now because the program is governed by a three-year bid and the renewal window is close.
A committee member moved to renew the auto coverage based on the bid and keep the deductible options already in place; the motion carried. Staff said they will proceed with renewal paperwork to lock the coverage before the mid-July renewal date and will report back if any administrative issues arise.
