The proposal would consolidate three commercial parcels near the County Road 30/101 intersection and add a new shared access that closes two existing Mama G’s entrances. Kwik Trip representatives said the site would include a 10-pump fueling canopy, a convenience store and an automatic car wash; planning staff said the project as submitted met many zoning requirements but needed adjustments on queuing, vehicle circulation and landscaping.
