Assistant superintendent and program staff told trustees that Principal Haines has identified school culture as a priority and that Solution Tree will partner with Palomar staff to strengthen that culture and teacher collaboration. The superintendent’s office said the district has used Solution Tree in other contexts and sees it as a partner that can build on Palomar’s existing strengths. The board approved the item with a unanimous vote.
