Trustees accept donation from Morris Middle School PTO for campus improvements

A member of the Morris PTO addressed the board, describing the gift as money raised by school families through fundraising and sales and saying the PTO intends to spend it on shared campus spaces including the gym, library and cafeteria. "This is not money we did not go out and raise this money to do these things. It is money that we raise selling merch and selling all kinds of junk food to kids," the parent said.
