TITUSVILLE, Fla. — During the June 10 meeting of the City of Titusville Community Redevelopment Agency, petitioner Stan Johnson raised allegations that local authorities were “spraying people with sewage” and expressed concern about dams and FEMA reporting. The CRA did not take action on the claims during the meeting.
Stan Johnson of 860 Poinsettia Avenue delivered the petition during the meeting’s petitions and requests period. Johnson said he had contacted multiple authorities, referenced correspondence sent to former President Trump and asserted he had an FBI confirmation number; he urged CRA members to consider related documents and asked for more time to present details.
“I did the site plan for YMCA, grass parking… I think you can minimize a lot of that,” Johnson said during remarks that addressed both parking and his allegations; elsewhere he asserted, “This is going to the FBI.” Johnson also criticized the city’s handling of dam reporting in flood zones and said he intended to testify.
The board did not debate or investigate the allegations at the meeting. No CRA staff or board member provided findings or initiated follow-up during the session; when asked, the chair and other members did not take action beyond hearing the petitioner’s statement.
Because these are public allegations presented in a public meeting, the CRA may log the correspondence and any supporting documents for internal review or referral to appropriate agencies. Johnson requested follow-up but did not supply formal documentation to the board during the meeting, and the CRA did not place the claims on an agenda for investigation.
