Staff said the district’s five‑year strategic coherence plan centers on three circles — culture, systems and learning — and that work this year focused on embedding one‑year action steps that ladder up to the five‑year goals. “Last year was year 1 of our, strategic awareness plan, and we had 4 outcomes. It didn’t really line up with the 3 circles… so we tried to, kinda merge them a little bit more this year,” a presenter said.
