County staff told the board the new medical cultivation license expands an existing retail cultivation operation at the same location as part of a premises modification and that staff recommended approval with the standard conditions.
Staff noted the approval will be conditioned on receipt of all routing approvals and a successful inspection by the enforcement division to ensure compliance at the outset of operations. Board members confirmed the motion need not enumerate every standard condition; staff said standard conditions are included in the memo and the chair’s order.
The board voted unanimously to approve the application; staff will ensure required sign-offs and inspections are completed prior to issuing final operating clearance.
