Board members discussed alternatives, the visibility of the new roofline from Camino Del Monte Sol and whether a detached garage might be preferable; the applicant said lot configuration and existing doors made the proposed attached breezeway the practical solution. After discussion a motion to approve the proposed garage and breezeway passed. The applicant will proceed to permitting with the approved design and coordination with staff on final exterior materials and details.
