Golf Manor organizers plan Juneteenth vendor event, Fourth of July and fall concert; Recreation Commission approves some funding

Recreation and staff will continue to finalize vendor confirmations, fundraising, and whether Rec or other village funds will cover band costs.
No formal council action to authorize additional spending beyond previously approved Recreation Commission amounts was recorded at the meeting.
