District finance director announces retirement; board members offer tributes

Several directors thanked Frederickson for his work, described his financial leadership as strong and thorough, and wished him well in retirement. Chair White and others noted his professionalism and the positive working relationships with administration and staff.
No board action accompanied the announcement; it was presented as an administrative report and will be followed by standard personnel transition procedures.
