Pottawattamie supervisors approve rural transit joint participation agreement with SWIPCO

County staff said the agreement was part of previously appropriated funds in the county budget and that the paperwork had not been completed prior to the fiscal appropriation. The approval authorizes the chairman to sign the document so the county can formalize participation in the rural transit system under SWIPCO’s arrangement.
No dissent or conditions were recorded on the motion during the meeting.
