Lebanon approves demolition contract for portion of 312 E. Thompson; council funding required

Engineering director Kevin Kralik said staff solicited quotes and that Ray's Demolition submitted the lowest responsive quote of $34,250. He noted the demolition award is contingent on a later funding approval by the city council. "The lowest, most responsive, and responsible quote came from Ray's Demolition, dollars 34,250," Kralik said during the meeting.
The board approved the recommendation by motion and voice vote. Kralik described the demolition as part of ongoing site work around Abner Longley Park and said staff will move forward pending council action on financing.
