Commissioners said the Port of Columbia County has been cooperative, and the immediate meeting before the city will focus on a zoning change and defining the reserve area. The commission intends to send representatives to the joint meeting and requested confirmation from city staff about attendance.
No formal action was taken at the commission meeting on Milton Creek Reserve; commissioners agreed to continue coordination with staff and partners and to provide input at the upcoming joint session.
