Commissioners asked whether the county had increased the level of service with Tyler or whether the cost increase was purely a vendor price increase; the director said the 5% increase is vendor‑driven. Board members said they would explore alternatives and seek peer county assessments; the director said Bonner County staff are working with Valley County and one other county on implementation approaches used elsewhere.
The board agreed not to move forward on executive‑session discussion of detailed subscription lists until all commissioners have had a chance to review the director’s itemized software list in Munis.
