One board member said, "If you stay in that line, we eliminate the need for the variance." After discussion, the applicant said she would withdraw the application. The chair recorded that "the applicant is withdrawing the application of 2501. She's now in compliance with the code."
No vote was required to record the applicant’s withdrawal. The board therefore took no formal action to approve or deny the variance and closed the item as withdrawn by the applicant.
