City staff reviewed the foundation’s application and recommended approval for licenses at Bernie’s Esquire Club, All In Bar and Lounge (48 East Broadway) and Final Final Bar and Lounge (640 12th Street West). The locations were listed in staff materials and the requested gaming methods included electronic pull-tab devices, pull‑tab dispensing devices and jars, paddle wheel table, bingo prize board, raffles, sports pools (21), and poker at specified locations. The authorized effective dates are July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
Commissioner Baer moved to approve the three gaming sites; the motion passed unanimously.
Staff confirmed the applications were reviewed and recommended for approval; no public comment or opposition was recorded during the consideration.
