The packet also included Contract 20552, a memorandum of understanding with United Way of Cascade County for RSVP volunteer workstation services effective May 27, 2025, through May 20, 2028.
A member of the public identified as Ray asked a question about Contract 20545; the commission’s legal staff told him to file a public information request to obtain records. The commission then approved the consent agenda by voice vote; the motion to approve was made and carried with commissioners saying “aye.” The meeting record does not identify the person who moved or seconded the motion.
