County reclassifies Yadkin River Park property as Community Recreational district

Planning staff recommended approval, noting the park’s established recreational use and saying the reclassification would be consistent with the county’s land development plan. A motion to approve the rezoning and adopt a statement of consistency carried on a voice vote.
