KITSAP COUNTY, Wash. — The Kitsap Transit Board of Commissioners on June 3 approved four operational contracts to maintain security, vessel readiness and electric-bus charging operations.
The board voted unanimously to: renew an IT security services agreement with Carahsoft for $117,383; award a drydock and inspection contract for the MV Commander to Nichols Brothers Boat Builders for $1,441,462.66; authorize a custom simulator scenario to train drivers on inductive charging positioning with FAAC; and approve a five-year renewal of ChargePoint cloud monitoring and warranty services for $243,610.
