"The Willoughby-Eastlake School District is the 30th largest in the state of Ohio. We serve seven municipalities and educate roughly 7,000 students per year with a $111,000,000 annual operating budget," Schatzman said as she read the testimony the district submitted to the Ohio Senate Finance Committee.
