Councilmember Keener described the donation as a routine action to correct small discrepancies between recorded property lines and existing fences. The parcel being transferred is approximately 0.015 acres (about 665.9 square feet) and the land will be distributed back to adjacent property owners and the city as shown on the attached map. Keener said the area in question had been maintained by adjacent owners, and the transfer would formalize those arrangements.
Council voted to suspend the rules and adopt the resolution at the meeting; no dissent was recorded.
