Board members confirmed the R‑10 zone permits two‑family units when parking and egress standards are met. The board recorded that the applicant has adequate parking in the rear and the required egress; staff and the applicant agreed to register both units and bring the property into compliance with rental registration and garbage billing.
The board voted unanimously to approve the variance. Chairman McDermott and board members Gans, Walsh, Morris and Welby recorded “yes” votes.
